Eddy Moritan, president of Lift Orlando, delivered the keynote address in which he urged graduates to “BE the kind of person whose character embodies the qualities of a leader. Then, KNOW or seek to possess all the knowledge you need to lead and serve effectively…Lastly, you DO. You become capable of doing the tasks that will allow you to achieve your desired goal.”

Among the graduates were the first students representing Seminole State’s bachelor’s degrees in elementary education and exceptional student education. Several of these graduates already have job offers from Seminole County Public Schools.
